Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 days. Need it faster? Order before 12pm for next-day delivery (additional charge applies).
Your mattress or pillow will arrive vacuum-packed and ready to set up.
Do you deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Highlands?
We offer delivery across the UK mainland. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us at help@mysasleep.co.uk or call 0161 518 4484 before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any additional costs for your postcode.
How will my mattress be delivered?
Your mattress is vacuum-packed, rolled, and delivered in a box for easy handling. Once delivered, take it to your bedroom, remove the packaging, unroll it on your bed frame, and let it expand. Allow up to 24 hours for the mattress to fully expand to its proper shape and firmness. Pillows arrive in the same vacuum-packed format - just unbox and allow them to expand.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We currently offer standard delivery (3-5 days) and next-day delivery (order before 12pm). We're unable to offer specific date selection at this time. If you need to arrange delivery around a particular date, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Trial & Returns
What is your sleep trial?
Every Mysa mattress comes with a 120-night sleep trial. Sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 50 nights - this gives your body time to adjust to a new sleeping surface. If it's not right for you after that, you can exchange it for a different Mysa mattress. A one-off £99 exchange fee applies, which covers collection of your current mattress and delivery of your replacement. A mattress protector must be used throughout the trial period. One exchange per order. The sleep trial applies to mattresses only - it does not apply to pillows. Full details are in our [Terms & Conditions.]
How do I return my mattress?
It depends on whether the mattress has been opened. Unopened mattresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery - submit a request through our returns form and we'll arrange collection. A £20 collection fee applies. Opened mattresses are not eligible for a standard return - they are covered under the 120-night sleep trial exchange process instead. Do I need to keep the original packaging?
For unopened returns, yes - the mattress must be in its original, sealed packaging. For sleep trial exchanges, no - we'll collect your mattress as-is and deliver the replacement.
Can I exchange my mattress for a different model?
Yes - that's exactly what the 120-night sleep trial is for. After sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 50 nights, you can exchange it for any other Mysa mattress. A £99 exchange fee applies. Can I return a pillow?
Unopened pillows can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A £10 collection fee applies. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on pillows that have been opened or used. The 120-night sleep trial does not apply to pillows.
Payment & Finance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
Do you offer finance options?
Yes - we offer 0% finance through Klarna. Split the cost of your mattress into 3 equal monthly payments with no interest and no fees. The finance option is shown on each product page and at checkout. Finance is subject to approval by Klarna.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. If you pay through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, your payment is handled directly by those providers with their own security protections.
When will I be charged?
If you pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you'll be charged in full at the time of purchase. If you use Klarna's 3-payment option, the first instalment is taken at checkout and the remaining two are taken automatically at 30-day intervals.
Mattresses & Pillows
How do I choose the right mattress?
The quickest way is to take our 60-second sleep quiz - it asks about your sleeping position, body weight, firmness preference, and budget, then recommends the best match. In short: the Glacier is our premium hybrid with pocket springs and foam for adaptive support - best for side sleepers, couples, and anyone who wants our highest-spec mattress. The Breeze is an all-foam mattress with firm support and advanced graphite cooling - best for back sleepers, front sleepers, and anyone who wants a still, solid surface. The Duo is dual-firmness - medium on one side, firm on the other - best if you're not sure what firmness suits you, or if you and your partner prefer different feels. Still not sure? What sizes do you offer?
All three mattresses are available in Single (90×190cm), Small Double (120×190cm), Double (135×190cm), King (150×200cm), and Super King (180×200cm). The Drift Cooling Pillow comes in one size: 70×40×12cm.
How long will my mattress last?
With proper care, a Mysa mattress should last 8-10 years. Every mattress comes with a 10-year guarantee on the core and a 1-year guarantee on the cover. To get the most out of your mattress, always use a mattress protector, rotate it head-to-foot every 3-6 months, and place it on a suitable bed frame.
Do I need a specific bed frame?
Your Mysa mattress works on any solid platform, divan, or slatted frame in good condition. For slatted frames, slats must be at least 8cm wide with gaps no greater than 8cm. A central support rail is required for double sizes and above. Do not use your mattress on the floor - this can trap moisture and affect the foam and your guarantee.
What's the difference between the three mattresses?
The Glacier is a hybrid - pocket springs plus foam layers. It's our highest-spec mattress with the most adaptive support. Medium-firm feel. Includes 2 free pillows. From £299. The Breeze is all-foam with graphite cooling throughout. Firm feel, zero motion transfer. Includes 1 free pillow. From £239. The Duo is all-foam and dual-firmness - medium on one side, firm on the other. Includes 1 free pillow. From £179. All three are Manchester-made, covered by a 10-year guarantee, and come with a 120-night sleep trial.
Tell me about the Drift Cooling Pillow?
The Drift is a dual-sided cooling pillow. Side A is firmer AeroSpheric HR-GX graphite foam for side sleepers. Side B is softer AeroSpheric Memory GX graphite foam for back sleepers. Both sides are graphite-infused for continuous cooling, wrapped in an AeroPure temperature-regulating cover with a breathable airmesh border. It's a firm pillow overall. Every mattress comes with at least one free - or buy separately for £60, or a pair for £80 (save £40).
Do your mattresses come with free pillows?
Yes. The Glacier includes 2 free Drift Cooling Pillows worth £120. The Breeze and Duo each include 1 free Drift Cooling Pillow worth £60 - you can add a second pillow for just £40 at checkout.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my mattress?
Spot clean the mattress surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not soak, steam clean, or use harsh chemicals. The BeFree® 3D mesh cover on Glacier, Breeze and Duo is removable and machine-washable at 40°C. Always use a mattress protector to keep your mattress fresh and to maintain your sleep trial eligibility.
Should I rotate my mattress?
Yes - rotate your mattress head-to-foot (180°) every 3-6 months. This helps distribute wear evenly and maintains consistent support over time. Do not flip the Glacier or Breeze - these are one-sided mattresses designed to be slept on from the top only.
Can I flip my mattress?
Only the Duo. The Duo is specifically designed to be flipped - it has a medium side and a firm side. The Glacier and Breeze are one-sided and should not be flipped. For the Duo, flip it whenever you want to switch firmness - there's no set schedule.
Is there a break-in period?
Yes. A new mattress may feel different from what you're used to. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 50 nights before deciding if it's right for you - this is why we require a 50-night minimum before any sleep trial exchange. Your body needs time to adjust to a new support surface. The mattress itself may also take up to 24 hours to fully expand after unboxing.
How do I care for my Drift Cooling Pillow?
Always use a pillowcase. Spot clean the AeroPure cover with a damp cloth only - do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this will damage the cooling treatment. Do not submerge or soak the foam core in water. Do not fold, bend, or compress the pillow for extended periods. Allow the pillow to air in a well-ventilated room periodically.
Guarantee & Support
What does the Guarantee cover?
Mattresses are covered by a 10-year guarantee on the foam core and spring system (Glacier), and a 1-year guarantee on the cover. Pillows are covered by a 1-year guarantee on the foam core and cover. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal domestic use - such as significant sagging, splitting of foam layers, or broken springs. It does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference changes, damage from misuse (including using the mattress without a suitable bed frame or protector), stains, or damage caused by improper cleaning. How do I make a Guarantee claim?
Email help@mysasleep.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 working days. If the claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the product at no cost to you. You can also call us on 0161 518 4484 or use our live chat.

Do you have a showroom?
We don't currently have a physical showroom. All Mysa products are available exclusively through our website at mysasleep.co.uk. Our 120-night sleep trial on mattresses means you can try your mattress at home - where you'll actually be sleeping on it - rather than lying on it for two minutes in a shop.
