What's the difference between the Breeze, Duo, and Glacier?
The Duo is our most affordable mattress and the only one with dual firmness - medium on one side, firm on the other. If you're unsure which firmness suits you, or you and your partner disagree, the Duo lets you try both. Just flip it. The Breeze is an all-foam mattress with graphite-infused cooling layers designed for sleepers who run hot. No springs - just supportive, breathable foam. A great choice for lighter sleepers, children, or guest rooms. The Glacier is our flagship - a premium hybrid that combines pocket springs with graphite-cooled foam for the best support, pressure relief, and temperature regulation we offer. It's our best seller, GoodHomes Approved, and the one we'd recommend if you want the complete sleep experience.
In short: Duo for flexibility, Breeze for foam comfort, Glacier for premium performance. Still not sure? Take our [sleep quiz] to find your perfect match in under a minute.
Which mattress is best for side sleepers / back sleepers?
For side sleepers, we'd recommend the Glacier. Side sleeping puts more pressure on your shoulders and hips, so you need a mattress that contours to those areas without pushing back too hard. The Glacier's combination of pocket springs and adaptive foam gives you that deeper pressure relief while keeping your spine aligned. For back sleepers, the Breeze is a great fit. Back sleepers generally need a firmer, more even surface to keep the spine in a neutral position, and the Breeze's all-foam construction provides that consistent support. The Duo works for both - just choose the firm side for back sleeping or the medium side for side sleeping. If you switch between positions during the night, the Glacier or Duo will handle that best.
Which mattress is best for couples?
The Glacier is our top pick for couples. The pocket spring system means each spring moves independently, so when one of you rolls over or gets up, the other won't feel it. Combined with the adaptive foam layers, it gives both sleepers proper support regardless of weight or sleeping position. The Breeze is also a strong option for couples - all-foam mattresses naturally absorb movement, so there's very little motion transfer across the bed. It's the better choice if you want that same undisturbed sleep at a lower price point.
Do all mattresses come with free pillows?
Yes - when you buy directly from our website, every mattress comes with at least one free Drift Cooling Pillow. The Glacier mattress includes 2 free Drift Cooling Pillows (worth £120). The Breeze and Duo mattresses each include 1 free Drift Cooling Pillow (worth £60), with the option to add a second for just £40 at checkout (normally £60 standalone). Free pillows are exclusive to orders placed through our website and may not be available through other retailers.
What's the difference between an all-foam and a hybrid mattress?
An all-foam mattress (like our Breeze) is made entirely from layers of foam - no springs. They tend to feel firmer, absorb movement well, and offer consistent support across the whole surface. They're also lighter and easier to move. A hybrid mattress (like our Glacier) combines a pocket spring system with foam layers. The springs add responsiveness and airflow, while the foam provides contouring and pressure relief. Hybrids generally have a softer, more adaptive feel and tend to suit a wider range of sleeping positions. Neither is better - it depends on what you prefer. If you like a firmer, simpler feel, go all-foam. If you want more bounce, airflow, and pressure relief, go hybrid. Not sure? Take our [sleep quiz] to find out.
How does the 120-night trial work?
Every mattress comes with a 120-night sleep trial, starting from the day it's delivered. We ask that you sleep on it for at least 50 nights before deciding - this gives your body time to properly adjust to a new mattress (most people notice the real difference after 3-4 weeks, not the first night). If after 50 nights you're not happy, we'll exchange it for a different Mysa mattress for a one-off £99 exchange fee. This covers the collection of your old mattress from your door and delivery of the replacement. Please note: the trial covers one exchange per order, a mattress protector must be used throughout, and any free pillows are yours to keep regardless. Full details are on our [Terms & Conditions] page.
How long does delivery take?
All mattresses and pillows come with fast UK delivery within 3-5 working days. Your mattress arrives vacuum-packed and boxed for easy handling. We recommend having a second person available to help carry it to your bedroom.
Do you offer finance?
Yes - we've partnered with Klarna so you can spread the cost of your mattress. At checkout you can choose to pay in 3 interest-free instalments or explore longer-term financing options, subject to eligibility. You'll see Klarna's options automatically at checkout - there's nothing extra you need to do.
