Choose your perfect mysa mattress and enjoy fast UK delivery to your door.

Sleep on it for up to 120 nights

Give it at least 50 nights - that’s how long it takes your body to properly adjust to a new mattress. We cannot accept exchanges before this point.

Love it or exchange it

If after 50 nights it’s not right, we’ll exchange it for a different mysa mattress. We’ll collect the original from your door. A one-off £99 exchange fee applies.

When does my 120-night trial start?

Your trial begins from the date of delivery. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 50 nights before deciding, as it takes time for your body to adjust.

What if I want to return my mattress or pillow?

Simply contact our customer service team and we'll arrange a collection at a time that suits you. Once collected, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 working days.

Mattresses (unopened):

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • A £20 collection fee applies
  • Mattress must be in original, unopened packaging

Pillows (unopened):

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • A £10 collection fee applies
  • Pillow must be in original, sealed packaging

Opened or used products:

  • Opened mattresses are not eligible for a standard return - they are covered under the sleep trial exchange process above
  • Opened pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Do I need to keep the packaging?

No, you don't need to keep the original packaging. We'll provide everything needed for the return collection.

Can I exchange for a different mattress?

Yes. After sleeping on your mattress for at least 50 nights, you can exchange it for a different Mysa model. A one-off £99 exchange fee applies, and we’ll collect the original from your door. What happens to returned mattresses?

We partner with local charities to donate mattresses in good condition. Those that can't be donated are responsibly recycled.
