Delivery Information

At Mysa, we like to keep things simple - delivery included. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our Manchester factory to your bedroom.

Where We Deliver

  • We deliver across the United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
  • For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote postcodes, delivery may take slightly longer than mainland UK. If you're unsure whether your postcode is affected, contact us at help@mysasleep.co.uk or call 0161 518 4484 before ordering.

We don't ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery £20 Available on all orders including mattresses and pillows. Your order is dispatched via Parcelforce or UPS and typically arrives within 3-5 working days.
  • Next-Day Delivery £25 For an additional cost, order before 12pm (Monday to Friday) and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Next-day delivery is subject to availability and applies to mainland UK addresses only.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your Parcelforce or UPS tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.

How Your Order Arrives

  • Mattresses Your mattress is vacuum-packed, rolled, and delivered in a box. It's compact enough to carry upstairs and through doorways, though we recommend asking a friend to help you! Once you've taken it to your bedroom, remove the packaging, unroll it on your bed frame, and let it expand. Allow up to 24 hours for the mattress to reach its full shape and firmness. You may notice a slight odour when first unboxing - this is normal and will disappear within a few hours in a well-ventilated room.
  • Pillows Your Drift Cooling Pillow arrives vacuum-packed in a box. Unbox, remove the packaging, and allow it to expand. It should reach its full shape within a few hours.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not in when Parcelforce or UPS attempt delivery, you’ll receive an SMS or email from them for re-delivery. If 3 failed attempts are made, the parcel will be sent back to us and you will be charged for re-delivery.

Delays

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. Occasionally, severe weather, high demand periods, or courier issues may cause delays.
