Where do I find my order number?

Check your order confirmation email - your order number starts with 2 letters, followed by a series of numbers. E.g. TP552243

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your Parcelforce tracking number. This can take up to 24 hours after you place your order.

Haven't received a shipping email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's been more than 48 hours since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, contact us at help@mysasleep.co.uk or call 0161 518 4484.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it?

Contact us immediately at help@mysasleep.co.uk or call 0161 518 4484. We'll investigate with Parcelforce and get back to you within 2 working days."
