Whether you need to return an unopened product or exchange your mattress under the 120-night sleep trial, you're in the right place. Read the options below, then submit a request using the form at the bottom of the page.

Sleep Trial Exchange

For mattresses within the 120-night sleep trial

If your mattress isn't right for you, you can exchange it for a different Mysa mattress. Here's how it works

Before you request an exchange:

  • You must have slept on the mattress for a minimum of 50 nights - this gives your body time to adjust to a new sleeping surface
  • A mattress protector must have been used throughout the trial
  • One exchange per order

What it costs:

  • A one-off £99 exchange fee covers collection of your current mattress and delivery of your replacement

How to request:

  • Submit the form at the bottom of this page, or email help@mysasleep.co.uk
  • We'll review your request and get back to you within 2 working days to arrange the exchange

Returns

For unopened, unused products

If you'd like to return a product that hasn't been opened, here's what you need to know:

Mattresses (unopened):

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • A £20 collection fee applies
  • Mattress must be in original, unopened packaging

Pillows (unopened):

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • A £10 collection fee applies
  • Pillow must be in original, sealed packaging

Opened or used products:

  • Opened mattresses are not eligible for a standard return - they are covered under the sleep trial exchange process above
  • Opened pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to request:

  • Complete the returns form below
  • All returns are reviewed before approval - we'll be in touch within 2 working days to confirm next steps
  • Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can process your request as quickly as possible
